How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders will be fulfilled and ready to ship within 2-3 days. There will be exceptions if we're usually busy or on vacation. We'll let you know if there's unusual delays.

Can I return/cancel my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled, reach out to use via email (minnememories@gmail.com) with your order number and the details you'd like to change or if you wish to cancel your order.

Due to the custom nature of this product your order cannot be cancelled or modified if it has already been fulfilled. If you are unhappy with the quality of the item, please reach out and we can offer a replacement for faulty items.

Where are the magnets manufactured?

Our magnets are printed and manufactured in our home in the US.
